Shibuya & Harajuku

Note:  Click on the picture to see a larger version.

Shibuya and Harajuku are areas where Tokyo trendsetters hang out and flaunt their unique styles.  Shibuya proper is full of department stores, fashion stores, and specialty shops.  Harajuku brings us the infamous Takeshita Street where predominantly younger Tokyoites take their daily stroll amidst crepe shops and trendy clothing boutiques.  In the west side of Harajuku is Yoyogi Park - home of the Yoyogi Olympic Stadium and Meiji Shrine.

Among these photographs you'll see scenes from Takashita Street.  This is the main street where Tokyo teens and adults come to parade in their finest and strangest and peruse through trendy clothing shops while they munch on fruit-flavored crepes.  Enjoy the tour!
